Unfortunately there is no air conditioning in the apartment, however the apartment is on the ground floor, so it doesent get to hot in the summer.
You must ask beforhand to get more and FHD channels on your TV.

Booth bedroom and livingroom have exits to the terase.

The bed is allready made, with additional covers and pillows in the wardrobe. If you are staying for a longer period, we will change the beds every couple days.
There is dobule bed, and a single bed in the room, an additional bed can be made on the sofa.

Fully equiped with everything you need, dishes, tea towels, cutlery, kitchenware, there is no microwave, kettle and more, there is no dishwasher.

Your bathroom does not includes washing maschine, however there is still a possibility to wash your clothes. There is no drying maschine, you can dry your clothes on the terase with provided stand, or in our basment on a cold rainy day. The towels are provided, one big two small and a hand towel per person, there is also hair dryer. Your bathroom is quite small, however it has everything you need.

Your apartment opens to the southwest part of the house. Parking lot is on the right side of the picture, it takes 7 stairs to reach the apartment.

Your apartment consists of 3 rooms and a terase . Your apartment covers approximetly 30squere meters.

You can enjoy many things with us, such as barbeque, playing pingpong and badminton, and ofcourse enjoying the pool.
