The Rose apartment
Roses are beautifuly red and scentfull, and so is this apartment, the Rose apartment.
Allthough the roses grow up high from the ground the Rose apartment is on the ground floor, elevatged ground flor. With the balcony it overlooks the garden with the pool to the south side.
Bedroom with a double bed with provided linen and sheets.
Living room opens up on to the balcony. Road is nearby, so there is some road noise on the balcony.
Kitchenette with refrigerator , toaster, filter coffee machine, the heather of water with different kinds of teas, sugar, …).
Bathroom with shower, hairdryer, towels.
If there is desire for a baby bed, we have it as well. And Wi-Fi is there and its free. There is no climate control, but we can provide you a fan.

The Rose apartment is set on elevated ground floor there is a small staircase to reach the house. There is a bedrooms, living room with small kitchenet. Balcony opens up to the garden. There is road near the balcony.
“We had a wonderful time here! The apartment is clean and just as you see on the pictures. Joze and his family are so kind and love to give you the best time in their country! We rented bikes and even here they gave us a gpx to make sure we got on the best roads. The only small downsides are that it is not really in a cosy centre and the terrace is right next to a quite busy road. But overal great place to stay and plan your day trips to the mountains or lakes.”

Pricing information
Prices of the accomodation differ on the premis of the lenght of stay, this is indicated in the reservation form as surcharge. Longer the stay, lower the surcharge. Turist tax in th municipality of Radovljica is 2€ for adults per night, for children (7 – 18 years) it is 1€ per night, for children (6years and yunger) there is no tourist tay. Tourist tax is included in the reservation form.
Cancellation policy
It is possible to cancel the reservation 14 days before arrival for free. There is no prepayment needed.
Payment
Paymnet can only be done in cash at the property. There is no credit card payment option.
